  5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
    Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
    Cancellations and reservation modifications with a voucher will be made at least 24 hours in advance during the week and 48 hours on weekends and holidays due to high demand, on the web phone indicating your personal data.
    In the case of not canceling the reservation in the minimum period of advance indicated, the right to use the gift voucher will be lost.
    All reservations will be made according to availability of the company. The schedule is from Monday to Sunday from 09:30 to 20:00.
  6. PROMOTIONS
    Massages and savings vouchers purchased during discount campaigns cannot be used on dates of high demand.
    Valentine’s Day: they cannot be used on February 14 or in the 7 days before.
    Father’s Day: they cannot be used on March 19 or in the 7 days after.
    Mother’s Day: they cannot be used on Mother’s Day or in the 7 days after.
    Christmas and Kings period: they cannot be used from December 22 to January 8.
